TAILOR-MADE SMILES IN RUTHERFORD is looking for dynamic, experienced NJ RDH to join our team. We are a female led , solo General Dental Practice providing personalized, comprehensive care and allowing an environment where we can build relationships with our patients. Technology: Digital office - paperless charts, we use Eaglesoft. ITero scanner and wellness scans on all new patients. Digital radiography, Nomad Pro hand held machine, Panoramic machine. Intra oral camera. Patients: mostly PPO, adults, no pediatric, very nice patients! Staff: one female dentist, one front desk manager, one dental assistant and a floater to help sterilize instruments and set up trays when need Benefits: hourly W2. Option for 401K with match. PTO. Online continuing education. Invisalign bonus. NJ Local Anesthesia license and NJ RDH license in good standing required, plus at least one year of experience and working interview.
