
Boutique employment law firm in Sherman Oaks is looking for a reliable, organized, and personable front office assistant/receptionist to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing: • Answering and directing incoming phone calls • Greeting clients and visitors • Scanning, organizing, and saving documents to client files • Handling incoming/outgoing mail • Calendaring appointments and deadlines • Communicating with clients and medical providers • Requesting and following up for medical records • Assisting case managers and attorneys with admin tasks • Keeping the front desk and office organized What We’re Looking For: • Punctual and dependable • Detail-oriented and organized • Friendly, professional, and comfortable on the phone • Able to multitask in a fast-paced office • Willing to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits: • $20–$25/hour, depending on experience • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance after 90 days • Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Holidays • Fully paid parking • Fitness reimbursement (up to $300/year) after one year • Flexible hours • Positive, team-oriented environment Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Sherman Oaks To Apply: Please reply with: 1.
